Things I Love Thursday
I've decided I'm in need of more optimism in my life! So every Thursday I will have to think of something I really, really love (Alexander Skarsgard doesn't count--at least not every Thursday). This week--cheese. I really, really love gooey, tangy, smelly cheese, either alone or as pizza, mac and cheese--anything. What do you love today?

Cheese. Oh, yes. I could live happily on cheese (and wine)though my waistline and arteries might not survive. I love sampling local cheeses when I travel—there are so many wonderful artisanal varieties out there now.
Hmmm. maybe grilled cheese for dinner tonight.
You've awoken my cheese craving, Amanda! Not that it ever really sleeps. I'm heading off for cheddar with sesame roasted biscuits now...
I think I'll have grilled cheese for dinner, too...
