 Happy August, everyone!  How is it already August??  It seems like summer just started, but also (with how hot and dry it is here) like it's been going on forever.  Bring on spooky season!

My next book (and last Harlequin Historical title) will be out on the 26th, so be sure and pre-order!  I'm very excited about The Dollar Princess Dilemma, and loved spending time with these characters in a very different kind of summer, among the cottages of Gilded Age Newport.  Look for more info here in the weeks to come...

In the meantime, I am working on a new story (the next Flora Flowerdew mystery!), and reading Love and Other Monsters about the famous summer at Villa Diodati.  What are you reading today??

Hello everyone!  It's been ages since I popped in here, but I have been busy finishing a new Flora Flowerdew mystery, starting a new job (buyer for museum shops!), and getting ready for my last Harlequin Historical release, The Dollar Princess Dilemma.  It's a bittersweet moment, but I love this story so much--Gilded Age Newport!  Dukes and heiresses!  Yachts and beaches and mansions!  I hope you enjoy it, too.  (it will be out August 26, more info coming soon...)

 Happy Sunday, everyone!  I can't believe how fast summer is slipping away.  Just one more week of Opera here in Santa Fe, plus school started Friday and Indian Market is next weekend.  Eeek!  But, as much as I love my summer dresses and cocktails on patios, not to mention the gorgeous flowers all around town, I'm looking forward to cooler evenings, Halloween, and getting some hygge coziness in the house.

Weekend Links and a Book On Sale

 

Happy last weekend of June, everyone!  I'm not sure how we're here already, it feels like summer just started.  But since I went to opening night at the Santa Fe Opera last night (La Boheme, a favorite!) and festival season is in full swing here, it must be.  (It's also deadline time, eek!  The new wip, a Gilded Age New York romance, is due in 2 weeks).  In the meantime, an older title of mine, Taming of the Rogue, is .99 for a very short time.  (If you love Shakespeare and 16th century theater like I do, I hope you'll enjoy it)

 Happy Saturday, everyone!  It's my favorite time of year--almost Halloween!  I love the crisp leaves, the cooler nights, the lovely apples (and apple pies) at farmers market, getting out my (copious) collection of scarves.  And watching spooky (not gory!) movies and reading creepy books (just finished "Small Angels," it was delightfully creepy...).  What are some of your favorites?  Let me know in the comments, and in the meantime here's a few things to read...
